Childminding

We are open Monday to Friday and from 7.30am to 5/5.30pm.

Bright Bee's Childminding is based in the EH5 area (EH5 2NT). We have street parking. My setting has 2  levels but the children will only have access to the ground floor. I have a main entrance door, back entrance doors and a side gate entrance to a rear garden, which are all securely locked during the day. Children will have access to the ground floor toilet, garden, playroom, sun room for main arts/crafts and eating.

I provide a warm, welcoming and supportive environment which is stimulating and fun with daily activities and a wide range of resources. I provide healthy and nutritional snacks and meals which is optional for parents. Lots of outdoor and natural play is encouraged to promote the children's learning and development. Any outings will be to the local park, Zoo, Museum, Botanical gardens, Silverknowes beach and more. I do school drop off/ pick ups from Forthview Primary School.

As a mother myself, I know how hard it can be to leave your child with someone else, so I have the understanding and compassion. I have 2 assistants, 1 who works mostly full time, and the other holiday cover (family).

My name is Bianca and I am a happy, outgoing, flexible and reliable childminder. I have one son who attends primary school. I have 16 years experience working with children from 0-10yrs, mainly birth to three. Over the years I have completed 3 childcare qualifications, multiple training courses and learnt a lot about myself as a leader.

I have been a creche supervisor, summer camp team leader, nursery practitioner, party planner/host, soft play receptionist and babysitter. I wish for success and a bright future in childminding.
